Learn how to preserve Nature…

Nature School

Placed in a farm with cultivated land and with a 14 hec. wood, this is the ideal place to teach children how to care for their surrounding environment. Here kids have the opportunity to:
• feed farm animals (chicken, goats, rabbits,…);
• learn how to make a seedling nursery;
• plant several flowers and plants;
• learn how to sort out rubbish and recycle paper;
• and several other things…

Summer Camps

Taking place during school holidays in a farm, summer camps are a wonderful opportunity for teenagers to:
• make new friends;
• practise extreme sports;
• visit places of natural interest;
• be active as far as environmental preservation is concerned;
• have fun.

Environmental education at schools

A way of showing several students that we can start preserving nature at our own schools. HOW?! By doing very simple things, such as:
• building artificial feed boxes and nests for the birds;
• creating seedling-nurseries in green spaces at schools;
• organising long walks through places of natural interest;
• raise of ecological awareness as far as nature preservation, water, waste, climate changes and forests are concerned.

Other Activities

• study and inventory of several animal species;
• inventory of built and natural patrimony;
• study of industrial waste and public awareness raising;
• study of rivers and public awareness raising;
• “Coastwatch” – European Project;
• “Clean up the World” – International Campaign.
